These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.

Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered and on whether you choose Free Delivery (5 working days) standard delivery (2-5 working days) or a premium service (eg. our Express 1-2 day service).
Day's refer to working days, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. You only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of products ordered and on whether you choose standard delivery (2-5 working days) or a premium service (e.g. our 1-2 day express service). If you order two or more products which fall into different categories, the higher charge applies.
Standard UK delivery is priced at £3.99.
Express UK delivery is priced at 8.99
International delivery charges are based on the weight and size of the parcel plus any 'signed for' delivery charges. We generally use the Royal Mail for parcels below 2kg and couriers for parcels over 2kg.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate standard delivery charge will be added automatically. There are additional charges if you choose a premium delivery service (e.g. Express 1-2 day service) you will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.
Occasionally, in the event of heavy orders going to overseas destinations, our shipping tariffs will prove insufficient to cover our costs. In these instances we will contact you and request that you pay a postage surcharge to equal our specific shipping costs for your order. Should you choose not to pay that surcharge we will refund your payment in full and cancel your order. Should we receive no reply to this request we will hold your order for seven days and then refund your payment in full and cancel your order.
How we Deliver
Most products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value. If your product is one which is delivered by courier, you may be given the option of choosing a premium delivery service, for a small extra charge, during the order process.
Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.
We will send you an email confirmation to let you know when your order has been shipped.
Where we Deliver
We deliver to the UK and overseas. We may ask you to sign for delivery. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Delivery times Are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). For Standard UK delivery, If you order after 1.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
Standard UK postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 3-5 working days of placing your order ( to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods).
Express UK Delivery should arrive within 1-2 working days following the day the order is placed. If you order on a weekend then we will treat your order as if it was placed on Monday. There is no Express delivery at weekends. Express delivery applies to UK customers only.
If we are sending your product by courier, we will detail the tracking code in your order details page. You can see this by logging into your 'account' using the login and password created when you registered. We will provide details of the courier's website, and a parcel number/tracking code, so that you can track your order right to your doorstep.
Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 8am and 6pm. All deliveries must be signed for unless you have specified a 'safe place' If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with details where they have left your parcel or provide a contact number for you to call.
We deliver overseas and usually use the Royal Mail for packages weighing up to 2kg. A courier may be used for packages weighing over 2kg.
Postage charges for overseas orders are based on weight and size. Charges may be added for a signed for service. Please allow fourteen working days for delivery.
Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the EU you may be charged import duty and/or tax which must be paid before delivery. Before your order can be delivered your customs authority will contact you if duty is payable. For specific charges please contact your local customs authority.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check that they have been dispatched by e-mailing us at email@example.com. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. You have 7 days to advise us of missing or damaged items or your delivery is classed as completed.
If your item has not arrived
Please log into your account on our website and check when your item was dispatched by clicking on the order number. If your item has been sent by courier the tracking details and couriers website will be noted in within your order details.
You should also check that the address you have given us for delivery is correct. You can do this by logging into your account on our website, click on the order number to view the details.
If your item has not been sent by courier then it will have been sent by Royal Mail. If you have not received your item within 7 working days of dispatch then we recommend that you ask your local Royal Mail delivery office if they have already tried to deliver it. Also please check with your neighbours in-case the parcel has been left with them.
Despite our care in dispatching your parcel there can sometimes be unforeseen delivery delays. For UK orders please wait 7 working days from order before contacting us to advise of non-arrival. We will then do our best to locate your item.
For overseas orders please wait 14 working days before contacting us to advise of non-arrival. Delays can sometimes occur if items have been held up in customs.
We will not be liable for any delivery delay however caused. If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or fault of your own, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.

Boudoir Babe takes the privacy of its customers very seriously and is committed to the following policy:
We do not store your financial details (Credit or debit card numbers)
In using the Boudoir Babe web site you will be asked at various stages to provide us with information about yourself and your financial details needed to process payment for the goods you order. This will take place during customer registration and the 'checkout' procedure. The only information collected will be that to allow Boudoir Babe to process your order.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998. When registering you may opt to receive regular newsletters, marketing information, special offers and web site updates from us.

We use your information to process your order, taking delivery details and processing payment through our secure banking facility.
All personal information is encrypted to maintain your privacy using high level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
All credit/debit card details transactions take place on WorldPay's secure server. Credit /debit card numbers are not stored by Boudoir Babe.
Information we Collect and Why
When you place an order, request a catalogue, sign up to our email newsletter or otherwise interact with the Boudoir Babe website we may require certain information and you may submit personal information to us as follows:
When you register with Boudoir Babe we ask for information such as your name, address, delivery address, telephone number, email address, contact details. We keep a record of this information. We need this information to process your requests and recognise you as a registered customer. We may keep a record of any emails or other messages you may send us. This helps us provide customer support services to you. We keep a record of the orders you have placed with Boudoir Babe so we can provide you with an efficient, reliable service and deal with any problems quickly.

Users, especially parents of young children, can then use filtering software to allow or disallow access to web sites based on the information declared in the label.
You can cancel your order at any time prior to you item being dispached by e-mailing us NB Please type 'CANCELLED' followed by your ORDER NUMBER in the 'comment line'. Any payment you have made will be . Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reach your account.
Non Faulty Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind and would like to exchange your item or return it for a full refund you need to let us know within 7 days after receiving your order. You will need to return your purchase within 14 days after delivery by:
1a- e-mailing us through our website - NB Plesae type 'RETURN' followed by your ORDER NUMBER in the 'comment line'. Please let us know why you would like to return the item. We will then send you return instructions.1b-You can also let us know in writing at the following address: BoudoirBabe.co.uk, PO Box 643, Boughton Monchelsea, Maidstone, Kent, ME17 4XQ.
2- If returning an item, your goods must be complete, unused and in "as new" resalable condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the item you must have done so without damaging or marking the item in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
You can receive a refund or exchange up to the same value as the returned item.
3- You are required to return the product at your own cost. Please note that the original delivery charge is non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.
If the item returned does not meet our criteria we reserve the right to hold the item until an additional shipping fee is paid to post the item back to you.
We will write to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
We cannot refund your purchase when:
1- you return your product without proof of purchase.
2 - the product has been damaged or marked.
3- the goods were a special order/a customised or personalised product.
Return of Faulty Items The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If you received damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge for refunds).
To qualify for a refund or exchange you must:
1- Email us within 7 days of receipt of your item at email@example.com. Please type 'FAULTY ITEM' and your ORDER NUMBER in the 'comment line'. Please detail in which way the item is faulty. We will then send you return instructions.
2- The item must be returned in otherwise "as new" condition; and 2- complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it.
3- Faulty/damaged goods cannot be accepted without proof of purchase. They must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.
We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel.
Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.
We will email you to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery only (i.e. premium services are not available).

Please note that different terms (including prices, delivery charges, delivery times and returns policies) may apply to purchases made on our site.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Place Order button.
The steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
- You place the order for products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button and submitting payment at the end of the checkout process.
- We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered and your order number. This is not yet an order confirmation or order acceptance from BoudoirBabe.co.uk.
- As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in your cancellation order email
- Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- The contract will be concluded in English.
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Prices and Payment & Promotions
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They exclude delivery charges (for details see Delivery below).
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose (e.g. gift-wrapping), plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.
Prices and offers are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If an item becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
We accept payment by Master card, Visa, Amex, Switch & Paypal. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.
We have the right to change pricing, promotions and discounts at any time.
Promotions, coupons, discounts and promotional discount codes offered by BoudoirBabe.co.uk are valid only for use as part of a purchase made at BoudoirBabe.co.uk, online or as a telephone order unless otherwise stated. Such promotional discounts are not valid for use as part of a purchase in any BoudoirBabe.co.uk concessions.
1.BoudoirBabe.co.uk vouchers can be exchanged for goods on the BoudoirBabe.co.uk website. Enter the promotion code printed on the voucher into the promotion code box prior to checkout.
2.If the goods purchased online total less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance will be left as a credit for you with BoudoirBabe.co.uk. This can be redeemed by use of a voucher code which will be advised to you by email.
3.If you have to return goods you have purchased online using gift voucher/s, then in most instances we will issue you with a credit by way of a voucher code to be used online at BoudoirBabe.co.uk
4. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or further vouchers.
We, and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions only cover the Boudoir Babe website. Any other websites to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
